Last year, I met Lila. This year, the family added one more to the bunch….Thomas. Now they are a family of 7!

Loved everything about this session…. especially that my client was so sure of herself (in a positive way). Not only did she know what she wanted for her session (color and lots of graffiti), but she already knows what she wants to do with her life. I find that amazing at such a young age.
On a whim, I was able to photograph a past client and her beautiful family. Not only was it her daughter’s birthday celebration, but also a family gathering…. all the way from Mexico and Switzerland. I especially loved capturing the cousins together and all their playfulness. Ok, fav #1… totally their idea. Apparently, the cousins…
What a fun day hooking up with my sweet neighbors for a session on their own turf! Both mom and dad are Butler grads and what could be a better year to capture them having fun on campus with their little ones.
I am pretty sure that Kelsey is unaware of how beautiful she is. Seriously, red hair (what is it with red heads lately), creamy skin and golden brown eyes? It was very difficult to relax her for the camera…. until big sis (whom I photographed last year) came along and even had a few shots…
This post is dedicated to my new friend Hayden, 7 months old. He is just NOT what any of us expected (from the get go!). He has joined his family as the only red headed, bright eyed, chub-a-love as they get (none of her other babies were plump) and with the most laid back personality…
My friends are preggo with baby #2. It’s always fun to try “crazy” things with people I know well… who are just as crazy as me! If you only knew what I was doing to get little Liza to laugh this hard 🙂 Blushing!
As famous photographer Audrey Woulard states, “the eyes are the windows to the soul”…. there’s no doubt that these siblings were stopping traffic with their eyes alone! Look, there’s a tooth coming in!
and I can see why!! Goodness, this family is too cute to boot! Mom told me that she’d be happy having all boys and after spending time with little “G” I can see why. I could have taken him home with me where I think he’d have a great time 🙂 Here’s “G” one year…
I love urban sessions. Lollipops, ice cream and tricycles just work so much better in this type of setting! Candid. Spontaneous. Fun. Eclectic… Â and everything else between. This is sweet Norah and big bro Parker. Norah is showcased on the baby website. She’s grown into a spunky little gal!
