For starters, I want to announce the details on my Mentoring Workshop. It will take place on Thursday, May 31st at 5:00 pm on the north side on Indy. If rained out, we’ll reschedule for the following Sunday (June 3) at the same time. We will shoot two family mini-sessions until dusk and then wrap up with 45-60 Q&A discussion at another location (most likely Starbucks). I do have a couple spots available so if you are interested please contact me asap at jennifer@thesherricks.com.
By the way, I am looking for a family to participate in the workshop while me and a few other photographers shoot your family. The family selected will receive the images from me on a disk at no charge! So, if you are interested, please send me an email stating why I should choose your family. The most persuasive response wins 🙂
Ok….. here I go again, still posting sessions from last fall. Oh well!
I’ve been photographing this little family for the past three years. The dad (Pat) actually graduated high school with my husband and ironically we both live in the same neighborhood, sharing some mutual friends of course. The boys are right around my boys’ ages and I love that I can talk to them just the same way I would my own (when being a fun mom). I guess I probably don’t use the potty mouth talk with my own kids on a regular basis but if it meant for good laughs I have been known 🙂
Big brother Liam enjoys reading and running and is quite a serious little lad. I’m pretty sure we got that captured. Check. Little brother Reese is much more outspoken, giggly and a smidge of honary. Got that captured. Check. But the entire family LOVES to run! Check again!
They just got their new dog named Bella so she got some extra shots taken. So glad they brought the dogs along!
Don’t worry, they are not hurting her! 
This one is definitely my fav! Can’t think of a better family shot representing this family. Kesha, I’m thinking a BIG canvas with this one!
